Today I actually got a card in the mail before I posted it here on my blog. How nice is that! Actually, I've been in a bit of a crafting slump so it is refreshing to remember how much it means for someone to get "good mail." That brings a smile to my face.
I had die cuts and a tag stamped with the Four You set on my worktable this morning. Picked it up and added it to a card front. Voila!
Tips for texture:
- Layering several die cuts is easy with the Handheld Stapler. I used it to staple the die cut leaves and ribbon together. The stapler can reach up to 3" into your project. Love that!
- Burlap Ribbon adds a textured layer that you just want to touch!
- The tag die cut from the Chalk Talk Framelits stands out popped up with dimensionals, and accented with the Brights Candy Dots.
- Large as life leaves cut with the Autumn Accents Bigz Die in Color Me Autumn Designer Series Paper, and accented with Thick Baker's Twine.
