Are you one of my Fayetteville, NC friends? Then don't peek, or the look of your Christmas present may not be a surprise at Christmas time. If you think you might forget by then, or it really doesn't matter to you, go ahead and take a peek at today's crafting project - a quick gift wrap.
I got this covered gift box on sale for a great little price at my local stamping - uhhh, hobby store. :-)
I was searching for something to punch with my new cropadile tool, and this is it! I punched a pair of holes in the lid on each side and in the center back and threaded the ribbon through. Adding the tag and a bow gives me a super easy gift-wrapped container to fill with goodies. Speaking of goodies, I have
something special planned for those of you who visit my blog. Check during the next few days for a surprise!
I am sorry the photo quality doesn't allow a good view of the tag, but here's what I used to make it:
Stamps: Baroque background, All holidays
Paper: real red, certainly celery
Ink: real red, versamark
Other: Three for you punch, Pretties Kit (the bead), red 5/8" grosgrain ribbon, gold embossing powder, corner rounder punch
