Imagine my excitement to try a new technique this morning, following the wonderful tutorial from fabulous and super-talented REAL artist Michele Zindorf. It looks so easy, but after ???? tries (translate: too many plus one more!) I finally got a brayered scene that I like. The end result? My card, (of course!) and the satisfied feeling of having learned something NEW. And while there were times I thought I'd never want to try the technique again ~ imagine a starving artist and heaps of soggy brayered paper in the trash can~ I'm pleased as punch and can't wait to try another one!

I am so blessed by those special blog friends who have looked me up and found me again! No one could ask for more loyal supporters. The starving artist (hehe - that's me) would be most pleased to hear what you think about this card.
Here's the recipe~
Stamps: Lovely as a Tree, Noble Deer, Best Yet
Paper: whisper white, not quite navy, real red
Ink: black Stazon, baja breeze, not quite navy
Accessories: filigree brad, wide red grosgrain, brayer, white gel pen, markers, rhinestone brad
