December is such a special month. I love the celebrations, the preparations, and the meditations of this Christmas season. It's hard not to get caught up in feeling BEHIND all month long, though. I am behind but I'm grateful for the times I slow down and really think about my life with gratefulness. Today's project helped me do just that.
My latest box from Stampin' Up! was filled with quite a few scrapbooking supplies, so I made an 8.5 x 8.5 page using a favorite new color combo. I only wish my camera operator (me!) knew how to capture the true color essence of Calypso Coral, Daffodil Delight, Pool Party, and Soft Suede. I'm a huge fan of Pool Party and just realized that I only have 6 more months left to play with it!
I wanted to use the bold colors and big flowers but still keep the soft focus of the photo itself. The necklace Emily is wearing suggested the theme for this page.
