What a great start to the week! Since I grew up in Baltimore, I'm a
fan and just have to let you know how excited I am about their big win!!
Know what else I'm SUPER excited about? Beginning this week, each member of the Stampin' Up! Artisan Design Team will begin posting our projects on our Artisan Wednesday Wow! blog hop! I know many have asked where to find the Artisan's projects, and now you can anticipate a weekly blog hop to inspire you. We each create 4 projects with the supplies we get each month from Stampin' Up! We look forward to you spreading the word and coming round to visit each of us.
While it's a banner kind of day, the card I want to share has a banner with the Hearts A Flutter set and Framelit dies. Remember the soft and romantic card I made using them HERE? I wanted to show that you could make a masculine bold card and that these images are NOT just for a Valentine's theme.
Have a look! My banner birthday card~
I really enjoyed using tickets in my banner and as a repeated element on the card. Loved spritzing some Island Indigo ink to mess it up just a bit. I can't always make cards that are super neat, right? I also pierced the edges of the die cut from back to front. This gives a more pronounced texture that I like so much.
I'm keeping up with my goal of more frequent posting and happy to let you know that this card was also MAILED last week! Hoping you have a great day.
