If you had to keep one thing handy on your crafting table because it is so versatile, can easily be used lots of ways and adds instant layers, what would it be? I am always reaching for my FRAMELITS.
Let's get real. Here's a photo of my craft space just the way I left it last night. See those Framelits? They're in there, front and center!
As a matter of fact, I store them in magnetic notebooks so I have them all at arm's reach without having to take a step from my workspace.
Here's what they look like all tidied up and put away.
Yesterday I made a special card using Framelits that were elongated to fit the image and text I wanted to use. This will be the first of four cards I want to share that's made with the Backyard Basics Stamp Set, and the Sweater Weather Designer Series Paper. And of course - Framelits.
I have a video for you today showing how you can alter your Framelits by partially die cutting. Do you know it's SO EASY to make your Framelits longer of shorter? Once this technique is on your automatic pilot you'll find yourself seeing tons of possibilities!
