I hope you enjoyed your long weekend, I know that I sure did! It will really be nice for my dear man to have a short work week coming up also. We had some rainy weather but we got the grilling done before the rain came so there was good food with much left over and fun for all.
I got a bit of stamping in today. As soon as I saw the pretty gingham paper in the new MFT release, I knew I wouldn't wait to get mine. I love the look of it and also thought how pretty it would look if I added stamped images to make it like a floral pattern DSP. That's exactly what I did!
After stamping the paper I die cut it using the Stitched Cover Up Companion Die. This is meant to be used vertically but I used the negative space to make two panels on my horizontal card.
My favorite teacup inspired the color combo. The greeting was die cut three times for added depth and covered with Glossy Accents.
