Do you still love to get GOOD mail? Or should I ask if you do ever get good mail? I've been trying to mail more of my cards this year because we know how nice it is to receive GOOD incoming mail.
I've had this cutie patootie from the Incoming Mail set just waiting to be inked up.
I needed a little prompting to stamp today and I got it when I realized that the 300 Weeks of Inspiration Challenge was ending. Please check out the lovely blog of Kara Vrabel who is super inspiring in her own right. She's been saving some of the finest cards she finds each week on her Pinterest Friday Inspiration File. We were encouraged to CASE one of our favorites and create our own version.
I chose this card by Debra in challenge #245.
I just love the way she repeated the sentiment and drew my eye across the card with a fabulously colored die cut.
Here's my take on this idea.
I stamped the sentiment in light to dark shades of blue for the ombre effect. My MISTI was a huge help with the multiple stamped image.
My other inspiration came from CAS(E) This Sketch. They have a great sketch this week and I love playing along.
I am glad that you came by to visit my blog today. It is wonderful to share my crafting with you so I hope you will come back soon!
