It's time for another hop with the Stamp Review Crew and we are delighted to be showing off one of my favorite sets, Wetlands. I love this set because its NOT flowers, it's gender neutral, and it's grea for summer cards! Of course, being Cindy Beach (thank goodness my parents didn't name me Sandy, lol!) I love anything shore-related.
I really think this set looks best with LOTS of white space, but I wanted to have someting with a little flair to show you, so I've made a flip card for you. The color combo uses NEW In Colors - Lost Lagoon, Mossy Meadow - I LOVE these two together - and Soft Sky.
This card has a landscape orientation and is shorter than the die, but has an extra fold. Here's what you see when you open the next layer. The sentiment in the banner is visible on the front and on the inside of the card when you open it.
WHen you fold out the extension, there is room to write a message and a pocket for a gift card or money.
ETA: Since I've had several requests, I've made a tutorial with step by step instructions for how to make this flip card base with an extension and gift pocket. Find it HERE
I also really love to use Coastal Cabanaa with this set. Well, what can I say, I am using Coastal Cabana with almost everything! So you know I couldn't resist the Maritime Designer Series Paper coming in the new catalog, and one more project for you. This paper has such FUN patterns in nauticla themes and great colors.
I wrapped up a Kraft box and made a matching tag. Know what made this project easy? The Fast Fuse adhesive which is also coming in the new catalog. GREAT holding power for 3D, you will love it.
I know you will love what the rest of the team has for you with this set. Thanks so much for making our hop a special place to be.
Be yourself.

Are you sure you don't want to change your name to Sandy? Nobody would forget that name, lol! All funny business aside, these are delightful projects, and I love the use of the flip card die! Too funny that you and Ann are adjacent in this particular hop, and you both used the Card Thinlets!
