After all the festivities of the weekend I was happy to take today to relax a bit and you know for me, that means stamping! I went looking for challenges and found a few, but at the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge we were to be inspired by anything starting with an A.
I just had this new set on my desk from Avery Elle called Fly By and knew I'd love inking up the cute Airplane image.
See why it's called "Fly By?"
It comes with cute sentiments that trail like a puff of smoke or are pulled by a banner, how fun! The airplane is stamped, colored with Copic markers, and die cut. Added on top was a coat of Glossy Accents.
The "hello" is die cut three times of white card stock and adhered together. I colored lightly with Copics, and dabbed on some shimmer with a Wink Of Stella pen.
Thanks so much for making the trip round to my blog. Have a great day!
Be yourself.
Find delight in your craft.
Make something beautiful!
I'm also adding this to Virginia's View challenge to use layers and dimension.
