Hello everyone, how are things going for you!
It's been a great week for me, I can't believe it is Wednesday already! We're going out in the boat for some time on the lake this evening. And yesterday I got to stamp with one of my dearest friends.
Here's the card all finished to share with you! Following the sample on Make It Monday to use sentiment stamps as a background, I made a birthday card with bunches of birthday wishes.
I grabbed as many sentiments as I could find and lined them up on my mini Misti to stamp. I only wish I had made multiples of this background, but oh well. The flower, leaf, and vellum leaves are from the Stylized Autumn stamps and dies.
Adding Nuvo drops in clear to the flower center added some texture.
Except for the twine, all stamps, paper and ink are from Papertrey Ink.
Hope you enjoyed my card and have a great afternoon!

I like how you created your background with so many assorted stamps! And you added just the right amount of extras to not take away too much from that wonderful background. (Yes, you should have made multiples...the Misti makes that part easy!)

What a wonderful birthday card! I love the monochromatic look and the pop of color from the flower. It's sure to bring a smile to the recipient.

Great choice of stamps on the background along with the tone on tone look! Love it! Thanks for identifying your extras. I'm going to case this for a set of cards using my mini-Misti. I've begun making multiples so my stash is ready for weeks like this (mailed 6 cards plus gave a set of 8 for a gift).

Cindy your background is so pretty. You should line up your stamps on top of your card and go for it again! It would be worth it!
